Helping develop a brand concept for Eiffel Cafe

Branding is the experience the client receive with your company, product. It is an abstract concept and not something you create just with artwork. As a designer I try to help develop that experience through the use of repetition and consistence through all the promotional item, logo, stationary or any graphic design made for the client. This includes website and newsletters. The experience is reinforce by excellent customer service and by good feedback deliver by your client. Your client is not always right, but you make him feel happy by developing the skills to make him believe is true. Your customers will spread any good feelings or experiences with your product as also bad ones. One person is equivalent to 10 persons in the market, where the voice from one client has the potential to spread to 10 persons.
